Major Functions of Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement:

  • Establishes strategic direction for asset and portfolio management
  • Develops asset valuation and appraisal policy and procedures
  • Implements strategic direction and management of capital investments
  • Provides policies and oversight for space pricing, space occupancies, and customer rent bills
  • Serves as the central point of contact for PBS customers for escalation of issues
  • Ensures that PBS policies and processes are coordinated with, and shared across PBS regions and with customers
  • Drives continuous improvement of PBS products and service delivery
