How to Sign Up for D2D Portal Access

In order to access the D2D Portal, you must first register your federal email address with LOGIN.GOV (for Non-GSA User) or MAX.GOV (for GSA User).

How to Sign Up as Non-GSA User:

 

Step 1:  Click on the "Login" button on the D2D Portal homepage and select "Non-GSA User".

 

 

Step 2:  On the Login.gov page select "Create an Account".

 

 

Step 3:  Enter your email address and follow the instructions.  Associate your PIV/CAC card with your account.

 

 

Step 4:  Go back to the D2D non-GSA User Login option and login utilizing your credentials (government email address and password).
