The GSA IT Eliminate, Optimize, Automate (EOA) Dashboard tracks GSA IT initiatives designed to streamline operations through the elimination of redundant tasks, the optimization of existing processes, and the automation of repetitive workflows, achieving reductions in labor hours and operational costs.

The GSA AI Usage Dashboard provides GSA offices with insights into their organization's AI adoption and utilization for process improvements by assessing the frequency and volume of USAi and Google Gemini usage among GSA employees and contractors.

The GSA IT Performance Dashboard assesses GSA IT’s organization health and performance based on 8 key strategic metrics across the four perspectives (Customer, Stewardship, Internal Processes, and Organizational Growth) of the Balanced Scorecard.

The GSA IT Customer Experience (CX) Dashboard assesses customer satisfaction and feedback of select GSA IT applications, products and services through transactional (continuous) and point-in-time (i.e. annual, semi-annual, quarterly) surveys.

The GSA IT Contract Management Dashboard tracks GSA IT Contracts, Task/Delivery Orders, BPAs, and BPA Call Orders, their end dates and the due dates for follow-on Requirement Packages.

PAUSED IN 2025. The Annual IT Survey is a GSA-wide annual survey issued by the Office of GSA IT to all federal employees and contractors to evaluate the level of satisfaction and experience with GSA IT services between 2017-2024.

PAUSED IN 2025. The Internal Partner Satisfaction Survey (IPSS) is a GSA-wide annual survey issued by the Office of Evaluation Sciences to evaluate satisfaction of services provided by GSA’s staff offices. This Dashboard only displays results specific to GSA IT between 2017-2024.
