The GSA IT Performance Dashboard assesses GSA IT’s organization health and performance based on 12 key strategic metrics across the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard.

The IPSS is a GSA-wide annual survey issued by the Office of Customer Experience to evaluate satisfaction of services provided by GSA’s staff offices. This Dashboard only displays results specific to GSA IT.
