Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)

The Emerging Leaders Program is made up of a cohort of post-graduate, full time Federal employees. The ELP program rotates employees through GSA offices for two years. Upon completion of the program, participants formally place in a GSA office. ELPers are made up of rotating, non-rotating, and alums.
