GSA Acquisition Human Capital Tool

Measuring human capital in terms of learning and employment outcomes, are key performance metrics at GSA. The goal is to provide a snapshot of how well GSA is sustaining its ability to learn and grow, through its people, in order to be efficient, serve customers, and achieve financial and public policy goals. The Office of Governmentwide Policy, created the GSA Human Capital tool that allows users to drill into the data, reviewing key indicators at the service, region, and contracting office level.
