This dataset is a list of GSA Owned and Leased Buildings that includes address, usable and rentable square footage as well as other characteristics of the building.

Data Element Name	Description	Plain English Definition
Location Code	Code that uniquely identifies a building	User entered unique identifier in inventory system for this building
Region Code	Code for one of 11 GSA regions the building is located in	GSA region where this building is located
Bldg Address1	Street address for the building	Street Address for the building
Bldg Address2	Address line 2 for the building	Address line 2 for the building
Bldg City	City for the building location	City where building is located
Bldg County	County code for the building location	County where building is located
Bldg State	State for the building location	State where building is located
Bldg Zip	Zip code for the building location	Zip code for building
Congressional District	Congressional District from subscription service	Identifies the congressional district where the building is located.
Bldg Status	Building Status Code	Indicates whether building is Active, Closed (no longer in use) Excess (in process of being disposed), Decommissioned ( ready for demolition) or Pending (planned but not ready for occupancy)
Property Type	FRPC Real Property Type Code	Identifies whether location is a building, land only or structure with no space
Bldg ANSI Usable	Space available to be occupied by a tenant or shared amenity like cafeteria	Usable space is space available for tenant to occupy. This includes vacant space
Total Parking Spaces	Total of Structured and Surface Parking Spaces at the building	Total of Structured and Surface Parking Spaces at the building
Owned/Leased	Identifies whether building is Owned by GSA or leased from private sector	Identifies whether building is Owned by GSA or leased from private sector
Construction Date	Date construction of building was completed	Date construction of building was completed
Historical Type	Field is no longer used	Field is no longer used
Historical Status	Indicates whether building has historic significance	Indicates whether building has historic significance
ABA Accessibility Flag	Indicated if building meets ABA accessibility standards	Indicated if building meets ABA accessibility standards
